 social workers and others\, as well as events that benefit our entire co
 mmunity.\n\n\n\nPrincipal's Emergency Fund&nbsp\;allows school staff to 
 immediately assist students who have urgent basic needs – anything fro
 m shoes to eyeglasses\, groceries\, utility assistance\, or partial rent
 . Removing systemic barriers helps ensure students continue to come to c
 lass\, stay engaged in learning\, and ultimately\, feel successful in th
 eir education and life.&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nOpportunity Grants&nbsp\;enhance s
 tudent learning\, close opportunity gaps\, and meet needs that the distr
 ict\, schools\, and parent organizations cannot. Commonly awarded reques
 ts include: library books\, extracurricular opportunities\, art projects
 \, musical instruments\, guest speakers/assemblies\, field trips\, schoo
 l gardens\, P.E. equipment\, learning tools for students who have fallen
  behind due to the interruption to school caused by the pandemic\, and s
